Protests erupt outside Kasba Police station as 3 arrested in alleged Kolkata college gang rape
Thick plumes of smoke were seen emanating from the wheels of the Indore-Malwa SF Express, which was en route to Vaishno Devi on Wednesday afternoon, causing panic among passengers. The train was running along the Indore-Mhow railway track when the incident occurred. As the train reached Rajendra Nagar station, smoke and fire suddenly appeared from the wheels, accompanied by loud sounds and sparks, alarming the passengers.
Passengers quickly informed the train staff about the fire. In response, railway employees promptly stopped the train and acted swiftly to prevent a major accident. The fire brigade was also notified, but the railway workers were able to control the fire using extinguishers before it could escalate.
The incident caused anxiety among the passengers, but due to the prompt actions of the railway personnel, the situation was brought under control, avoiding any severe consequences.
